As a Junior (2019-20) - Competed in 11 meets … … at the PCSC Championships, swam in the 50 fly (27.41), 100 fly (59.83, good enough for 14
th overall), 200 fly (2:17.27, good enough for 18
th overall) and 200 IM (2:12.42, good enough for 16
th overall) …
As a Sophomore (2018-19) – at the PCSC Championships, clocked a career best in the 50 fly (27.35)….also competed in the 100 fly (59.55), 200 fly (2:15.02) and 200 IM (2:11.27).
Prior to FPU - Prepped at Edison High School in Huntington Beach, Calif. under coaches Matthew Whitmore and Tracy Maurer....spent two seasons on the varsity team....Sunset League champions her junior season and a CIF finalist her senior year.
Personal - Daughter of Corina and Adrian Navarrete....has two siblings named Marlene and Justin....enjoys eating acai bowls....favorite TV show is Freaks and Geeks....enjoys listening to Fleetwood Mac and John Mayer vinyls....hobbies include photography and bodysurfing....Genesis is a criminal justice major with plans on becoming a law enforcement officer.
