Personal - Alicia was born in Renton, WA and calls Federal Way, WA her home...She is the daughter of Karen Cleveland...Her favorite foods are teriyaki and Mexican food...Her favorite movies include "Pride and Prejudice" and "Transformers"...Her hobbies include singing, dancing, working out and spending time with friends...Her home church is Northwest Foursquare Church...Alicia is a Dentistry major with a Kinesiology minor...Her career goal is to have her own dentistry practice.
Prior to FPU - Alicia is a graduate of Fife High School in Fife, WA...She swam all four years...She earned a school record in the 100 backstroke..She was named Most Inspirational in 2005...She was a two-time State Champion in the 2IM...She was 5th at state in 2007 and 3rd in the 100 fly in 2008...She was named Seattle Times Athlete of the Month and was a two-time Tacoma Athletic Commission Athlete of the Month...The Tacoma News Tribune named her one of the top five swimmers to look out for in the state of Washington.
As a freshman: Alicia was a part of the 2010 women’s team that took second place at the NAIA Swimming and Diving Championship…At Nationals, she totaled 63 points in individual and team events…Alicia was a national champion, winning, along with her teammates, the 200 freestyle relay…Alicia also finished seventh in the 200 backstroke and eighth in the 100 backstroke.
