Prior to FPU- Swam for four years on the varsity team at Clovis East High School for coach Brian Sharar....best performance was a 21.51 in the 50 free for a second place finish at the valley championships his senior year....transferred to FPU from UC Davis.

Personal- Born October 31, 1989....parents are Tom and Pat....has two sisters, Alyssa and Jacqueline....person he most admires is his father....favorite food is fried rice....his pre-meet ritual is listening to Dubstep....hobbies include videogames....Alec is an Applied Mathematics major with plans of going to aviation school upon graduation.
