Biography

As a Junior: Played at the #2 spot for the national runner-up Sunbirds, earning NAIA 1st-Team All-American and All-GSAC honors....posted a singles record of 14-7 and an identical doubles record of 20-3....he played at #1 and #2 doubles, where he and Nathan Martinet were 18-3 when teamed together....the two won every doubles match at the NAIA tournament including a 9-7 win in the national title match against Oklahoma Christian.

As a Sophomore:
Played at the #1 and #2 spot for the national champion Sunbirds, earning NAIA 1st-Team All-American and All-GSAC honors....posted a singles record of 18-6 and an identical doubles record of 18-6....he played at #1 doubles, where he and Xavier Smith were 16-3 when teamed together....the two won every doubles match at the NAIA tournament.

In the fall of 2010 he won the ITA regional doubles title with Jose Hilla and finished 5th at NAIA nationals. He also won the NAIA regional singles title and then went on to win the small college Super Bowl title. As the number-one ranked player in small college tennis, he participated in the ITA National Championships in New York as the only non-NCAA Division 1 athlete.

Previous to FPU- Kirill was one of the top junior players in Canada he played one year for Fresno City College and was ranked number 1 in the state.

Personal- Born in Moscow Russia.....hometown is Toronto Canada....son of Valentine and Galina.....enjoys listening to classical music and reading about anything dragon-related in his spare time.....Kirill is an International Finance major.
