Biography

As a Freshman (2009) - Appeared in 10 games playing both goalkeeper and midfield....Made six starts in goal, recording 21 saves....Had eight saves at Concordia (10/3) and again at Biola (10/20)....Recorded his first career shutout in 2-0 win at Cal Baptist (10/10).

Prior to FPU - Gildardo is a graduate of Firebaugh High School.

Personal - Gildardo was born in Mexico, but calls Firebaugh, Calif. his home...He is the son of Ramon and Elisa Villarruel...He is a Criminology major.
