As a Junior (2012) - Appeared in 22 matches starting 14 for the NCCAA National Runner-Up Sunbirds....stepped in to a starting role after injuries forced fellow outside back Adrian Arias out for the season....was a key cog in 10 shutout victories for FPU....recorded one goal and two assists on the season including the game-winner in a 3-1 win over California Baptist (11/17) in the NCCAA West Region Championship game....started all five of FPU's playoff games in 2012 at right back.

As a Sophomore (2011) - Played in 17 games, making 10 starts on defense for the GSAC champion Sunbirds....recorded arguably the biggest assist of the season, finding Paul Islas for a goal in the final minute of FPU's 2-1 playoff win over Westmont (11/2).

As a Freshman (2010)- Appeared in all 18 games, making 14 starts as a defender....helped anchor one of the youngest defenses in the GSAC....took four shots on the season and recorded his first collegiate assist in a 2-1 overtime win vs. Holy Names (9/18).

Prior to FPU- Played four years at Bullard High School, earning three varsity letters as center back....Named team MVP in his junior and senior seasons....Helped lead the Knights to a Valley section title and a No. 22 national ranking by ESPN during his junior year.

Personal- Born May 5, 1992....Parents are Ted and Deborah....Has a brother Aaron....Came to FPU because of the spiritual atmosphere and good admin-teaching program....Person he most admires is his grandpa....Favorite book is Frightful's Mountain....Favorite team is Manchester United....Favorite athlete is Milan's Andrea Pirlo....Best friends on other teams are Eli Gallegos (Fresno City College) and Elliott Hord (UC Davis)....Hobbies include paintball, lacrosse, hunting and camping....Chris is an Administration Teaching major with plans of becoming a school principal.
