Prior to FPU- Played one season at Henry Ford Community College in Michigan, averaging 8.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game…..prepped at nationally-esteemed Whitney Young High School in Chicago, where his team was consistently ranked in the USA Today National High School Top-25.....spent all four seasons on the varsity team there and set school records in career blocks and rebounds…. also played football and baseball.
