Prior to FPU- Attended Hartnell College and played basketball at North Salinas High School for coach Earl Rowland....Spent the last two seasons of high school on the varsity teamand was named team MVP and second-team All-League as a senior....Averaged 12.9 points and eight rebounds per game, including a 25-point performance against Valley Christian.
