Prior to FPU - Attended Fresno City for one year, playing under coach Tom Donald...named 1st Team All-CVC....played at NCAA Division I California-Berkeley for one year for coach Dave Esquer....a graduate of Buchanan High School...played three years of varsity baseball under coach Tom Donald...named team MVP, 1st Team All-TRAC, 1st Team All-Valley and 2nd Team All-State in 2009...batted .367 and hit 11 homeruns.

Personal - Born May 14, 1991...son of Eric and Frances Bishop...has one brother named Troy...married to Jillian Bishop and has a son named Beau...his dad played college basketball...chose FPU for the great education and the Christian environment...favorite movie is ‘Wedding Crashers’...favorite sports team is the San Francisco Giants...attends the Well Community Church...person he would most like to meet is Derek Jeter...Brett is a psychology major.
